Who we are
Bibi nail bar, 38 Lyuben Karavelov St., Sofia (the “Salon”), is the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
For questions about your data, contact us at the salon or through our Facebook and Instagram profiles.
What data we collect
When you book: name, phone number, chosen service, technician, date and time and, optionally, a note from you.
When you visit the site: technical data such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
If you accept cookies: anonymous visit statistics.
What we use it for
To reserve your appointment and send you SMS confirmations, reminders and, if needed, a cancellation notice.
To run the salon and to protect the system from abuse.
Legal bases: performing the booking you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), legitimate interest in security (Art. 6(1)(f)) and your consent for cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Who we share it with
The provider that sends SMS messages (it receives only your phone number and the message text).
The website hosting and infrastructure provider (Cloudflare).
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. Providers may process data outside the European Union under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Appointment data is deleted automatically 12 months after the appointment date.
You may ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos the Salon publishes on social networks and on the site show nail work. If a client's face appears, it is published only with their consent.
Staff share photos of finished work in an internal Telegram group, without client personal data.
Social networks
The Salon publishes on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. The data these platforms collect is governed by their own policies.
Cookies
We use cookies only for anonymous statistics and only if you accept them. You can decline and the site works the same.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent at any time.
You may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (www.cpdp.bg).

We may update this text. The date of the last change is shown at the top.
